“I enjoy the job because of my work family. I enjoy the rapport with service users and encouraging people to carry out tasks for themselves. Using my experience, I can show people different ways of doing things for themselves. I get a sense of achievement when someone I’ve given support to comes off service as 'Aim Achieved'. I also enjoy the camaraderie with my work colleagues.”
